> Prepared mixture should be put into the concrete
mixer, cement and fillings should be added on it. It is
recommended to mix cement and fillings beforehand to
prevent lumps from forming.
> The mortar should be stirred until a homogeneous
mixture is obtained.
Use in plaster mortars:
> To a sufficient amount of cement mixture mixed with
sand with suitable grain size (cement/sand ratio: 1/4 –
1/5); plaster mortar is obtained by adding enough water
from the mixture water with BOYTİM LATEX SBR :Water in 1/4
ratio.
Use in repair mortars:
>Prepared powder mortar (cement/sand ratio: 1/3 – 1/4);
repair mortar is obtained by adding enough water from the
mixture water with BOYTİM LATEX SBR : Water in 1/3 ratio.
Use in screeds:
> Firstly, for the preparation of the mortar to be used as
an adhesion-promoting layer, it should be added to the
powder mortar (cement/sand ratio: 1/3) until it obtains
boza consistency from the liquid mixture prepared with
BOYTİM LATEX: Water in 1/2 ratio. The prepared mixture
should be applied on the floor with a brush until the
thickness is 2 mm. The screed must be applied to this coat
when it is wet. To the mixture containing enough sand and
cement for the preparation of the screed (cement/sand
ratio: 1/3 – 1/4), enough amount of mixture water prepared
with BOYTİM LATEX SBR: Water in 1/4 should be added.
