Description:
It is a cement-based, quartz aggregate, ready to use surface
hardener that increases the surface strength, is applied by
sprinkling on fresh concrete surfaces in powder form.
Areas of Use:
Due to the quartz aggregate in its structure, it is applied on all
floor coverings, that are desired not to cause wear resistance
and dusting, according to the load and traffic conditions. It is
used in residences, workplaces, car parks, garages and ramps,
material stores, workshops, factories, fairgrounds, shopping
centers where human traffic is intensive, industrial buildings,
gas stations, etc.

Surface Preparation:
Bearing concrete of the application area must be at least C25
class.
-The surface of the fresh concrete, to be applied, should not be
polished with a steel trowel or tray polish, it should be smoothed
with a wooden trowel.
Application:
It is required to wait until it is possible to walk on concrete
before starting the application. Appropriate time is the time
when the concrete is hardened enough to have 0.5-1.5 cm deep
footprint when stepped on. BOYTİM 570 bags should be lined up
around the edges of the plaster strips according to plaster strip
width and consumption amounts.
BOYTİM 570 is distributed to the whole surface by sprinkling
method. The material should not be left on the surface in
clumps, the best possible homogeneous distribution should be
provided. Moreover, sprinkling over long distances should not be
done to prevent the aggregates in the product from separating.
