BOYTİM CURE

Description:
It is an acrylic-based, ready-to-use concrete curing
material.
Areas of Use:
It is used in fresh concrete and screed surfaces, surfaces
where surface hardener is applied, airports and field
concretes, concrete roads and bridges and canals; curing
and increasing surface performance.
Advantages:
• It prevents shrinkage crack formation by preventing rapid
water loss in the concrete.
• It prevents dusting by increasing the abrasion resistance
of the surface.
• It prevents freezing cracks with its water impermeability
feature.
• It provides an effective curing in ambient conditions with
low humidity and high air currents.
• It is more economical and effortless than traditional
curing methods.
• It does not constitute an impediment for resin and
cement-based applications to be made on the cured
surface after application.
• It is solvent-free.
Application Information:
Application Temperature: (+5°C) – (+35°C)
Average consumption: 0.15–0.25 kg/m²

Times may vary depending on ambient conditions.
Application:
It is applied after fresh concrete casting and screeding
process, after surface hardener application is completed,
in two layers; by spraying, roller or brush as soon as the
brightness disappears on the casted surfaces and when
the molds are removed in the molded concrete processes.
-It should be shaken well before use.
-It should be protected from rain until dry after application.
-Ponding should be avoided during application.

Warnings:
– It should be protected against freezing.
– All tools used are cleaned by washing with water after
application.
– Keep out of the reach of children.
– Avoid eye and skin contact.
Color: White liquid
Finished Layer View: Light Opaque/Transparent
Package: 30 kg plastic drum
Shelf Life: 12 months in its original package without
opening, in a dry and cool environment. It should be stored
away from direct sunlight.
